Free Capsule includes the core documentation workflow, renter comments and photos, missing-condition documentation, and generation and download of the basic Supplemental Move-In Condition Report. Guided Review and Concierge are optional human-assisted services.

The core documentation workflow is free because creating the starting record is the priority. Paid services are for renters who want additional human review or hands-on assistance.

Payment for assistance does not give a landlord, property manager, sponsor, guarantor, partner, or payer access to your private Capsule.
